Each individual may hold only one UP777 account. If we identify that you hold more than one account — whether directly or through a linked device, mobile number, or payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed. The balance held in duplicate accounts will be confiscated. This includes cases where multiple accounts were created to claim bonuses more than once.
UP777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. Accounts that fail verification will be closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your UP777 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Do not allow others to use your account. UP777 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately at support@up777.biz.
Accounts that have remained inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. UP777 will notify you by mobile number before applying any dormancy fee. Where applicable, a monthly dormancy fee of Rs 500 may be deducted from your Wallet balance until the account is either reactivated or reduced to zero.
You may request closure of your UP777 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining Wallet balance (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your nominated payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed. Accounts with active bonus wagering requirements may have those bonus funds forfeited upon voluntary closure.
UP777 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept foreign currency.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals usually complete within 5–10 minutes. IBFT and card withdrawals are processed by UP777 within 1 business hour but may take 1–3 business days to appear in your bank account depending on your bank's processing schedule.
By depositing to UP777, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are legitimately yours and are not derived from illegal activity. UP777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may request evidence of source of funds for deposits above certain thresholds or where unusual activity is identified.
All bonuses offered by UP777 — including welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and referral rewards — are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. Where there is any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Referral rewards under the UP777 Refer a Friend programme are credited to your Wallet upon your referred friend's first confirmed deposit. Referral rewards credited to your Wallet are withdrawable without wagering requirements unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Fraudulent referrals — including self-referrals through fake accounts — will result in permanent account closure.
Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses expire after 7 days from the date they are credited to your account, unless the specific promotion states a different expiry period. Expired bonuses are removed from your Wallet automatically and cannot be reinstated.
All casino game outcomes on UP777 — including slots, card games, Ludo games, and virtual sports — are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators. No outcome can be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party including UP777 itself. Game outcome data is logged and auditable. Any Member who suspects a game malfunction should report it immediately to support rather than continuing to play.
In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to software errors, connection failures, or display errors during gameplay — UP777 reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the stake placed for those rounds to the Member's Wallet. No additional compensation will be paid for malfunctions beyond the return of the affected stake. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle.
Each game on UP777 has its own minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. These limits exist to ensure fair and sustainable gameplay for all Members. UP777 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. UP777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your Wallet. If a confirmation screen is not displayed, the bet has not been accepted.
A bet may be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of the scheduled start time, or if the bet was accepted in error due to a pricing or data feed error. Void bets are refunded to the Member's Wallet at the original stake amount. Winnings generated from bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error will be cancelled and stakes returned.
Live betting odds change rapidly. There may be a brief delay between the time you submit a bet and the time it is confirmed. During this period, odds may move. If odds have moved unfavourably at the point of acceptance, UP777 may alert you and offer the new odds. If odds have moved in your favour, the bet will typically be accepted at the original quoted odds.
UP777 applies the following maximum winnings caps per bet slip or per single game event: sports betting maximum payout Rs 5,000,000; single slot spin maximum payout limited by the game's stated maximum win multiplier applied to the stake.
